Job Summary

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service operations, including overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving service department profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and motivate the service team, ensuring high performance and continuous development. -
Customer Service:
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service solutions. -
Service Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control. -
Financial Management:
Manage the service department’s budget, monitor performance against targets, and implement strategies to improve profitability. -
Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards. -
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential:
- Proven experience in a service management role, preferably within the agricultural machinery or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of machinery, tractors, or related equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Relevant technical qualifications in machinery or automotive engineering.
- Experience with industry-specific software (e.g., service management systems).
